Description of regular events

Exercise Elaine takes us through some functional exercises that will help us move and lift safely

Open Forum/Best Practices Participants who have attended conferences or webinars can report on what they have learned. Mike Lavacot is a frequent presenter 4th Saturday of month 9 am PT

Healthy Eating Summer, a registered dietician, will answer questions relating to nutrition and diet. Questions should be submitted to her at least 3 days before a session 3rd Thursday of month 12 pm PT 1 hour

Ask the Pharmacist Ronnie, a retired pharmacist, will answer general questions about medications and dealing with the U.S. pharmacy system 3rd Wednesday of Month 3:30 pm PT 1 hour

Psychology Concerns Maggie, a Psychology educator, will answer general questions - e.g. sleep, stress, dealing with your doctor, etc 2nd Wednesday of month 3:30 pmPT 1 hour

General Discussion These sessions follow either Exercise sessions or specific presentations. They are totally open to impromptu questions. A great time/place for newbies to introduce themselves and ask questions. We are here to help.
